- Lindsay WI enjoyed my time here during my summer research fellowship. The location is convenient for transport, and the amenities are great. There's a kitchen and all tenets get to have their own bathroom. There's also a garden in the backyard with lots of fruit trees. A beautiful place.

- Nick FI was a tenant for a little over two years, and had a wonderful time. The rooms are cozy and come with private bathrooms, and everything is clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is quite spacious and nicely equipped--everything you could ever need is easily accessible! The rates are also very reasonable and affordable. Jacqueline was incredibly kind, accommodating, attentive, and quick to respond if there were any issues. Highly recommend the Canyon Inn to anyone searching for housing!

- kamal wMe along with my wife had an amazing stay for one a month and a half. The owner is very sweet. The location is very convenient to atomic transit bus stop, grocery store, parks, and hiking trails. The kitchen has every appliances that you need.

We offer fully furnished bedrooms with attached private baths in a charming, single-family home centrally located in the heart of historic downtown Los Alamos.

HOUSE RULES:

- Clean up after yourself.
- Hand wash all dishes and kitchenware you use or rinse and load into the dishwasher.
- Wipe up spills and crumbs before you leave the area.
- Place any board games or reading materials back where you found them.

POLICIES:
- Standard Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation free of charge until 7 calendar days before arrival. You will be charged the first night if you cancel between 2 and 7 days before arrival, and the entire cost of your reservation if you cancel within 1 day of arrival or are a no-show. Grace Period: No fees are charged for bookings canceled within 24 hours of booking.
- Non-refundable Cancellation: Rooms booked at the non-refundable rate are non-refundable. You will be charged the entire cost of your reservation if you cancel or are a no-show.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please contact us to request a late check-in or -out time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Government Per Diem Rate: To qualify for the government per diem rate, you must present valid government ID or proof of affiliation with DOE/LANL upon check-in. If you have booked this rate by mistake, please cancel your reservation and choose the Standard Rate.
- We accept all major credit cards, personal and cashier's checks, money orders, and cash. Processing fees may apply.
